About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all front office departments efficiently in accordance with established concept statements and brand standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to Company and Hotel Policies & Procedures.
- Supervise, correct, and demonstrate all departmental duties and tasks to maintain high service standards.
- Implement and oversee the Accor audit system.
- Handle guest and employee inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Resolve guest complaints and problems promptly, ensuring immediate solutions and thorough follow-up.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to establish rapport with guests and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong capability to manage guest requests and inquiries effectively.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
