About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Front Office department to ensure luxury service standards are met
- Maximize room revenue by participating in yield management meetings and implementing revenue management strategies
- Supervise, coach, and mentor Front Desk Agents to ensure efficient registration, check-out, and service delivery
- Handle guest concerns promptly and resolve issues to ensure complete guest satisfaction
- Manage the departmental budget and staffing levels relative to occupancy fluctuations
- Conduct regular departmental meetings and pre-shift briefings
- Review VIP and special request reservations to ensure proper pre-registration and room assignment
- Maintain accurate logbooks, house banks, and daily financial reports
Requirements
- Saudi National (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar supervisory role
- Proficiency with Opera or a similar hotel management software
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of ultra-luxury guest expectations and brand alignment
