About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the Front Office department to ensure luxury service standards are met
  • Maximize room revenue by participating in yield management meetings and implementing revenue management strategies
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor Front Desk Agents to ensure efficient registration, check-out, and service delivery
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and resolve issues to ensure complete guest satisfaction
  • Manage the departmental budget and staffing levels relative to occupancy fluctuations
  • Conduct regular departmental meetings and pre-shift briefings
  • Review VIP and special request reservations to ensure proper pre-registration and room assignment
  • Maintain accurate logbooks, house banks, and daily financial reports

Requirements

  • Saudi National (Mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar supervisory role
  • Proficiency with Opera or a similar hotel management software
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of ultra-luxury guest expectations and brand alignment
