About the role

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients upon arrival and collect insurance information and paperwork
  • Verify insurance coverage and frequencies, updating patient status in the system
  • Handle routine phone inquiries regarding appointments, policies, and treatments
  • Review and confirm upcoming appointments, reappointing exams when necessary
  • Back up the greeter and maintain cleanliness of the front office and lobby
