About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, room allocations, and key distribution
- Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Provide high-quality customer service and address guest inquiries or complaints
- Act as a liaison between guests and housekeeping, maintenance, and security departments
- Process payments, manage cash drawers, and maintain accurate financial records
- Update guest profiles and maintain accurate records of stays and preferences
- Assist with concierge services including luggage handling and local recommendations
- Monitor room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness
- Follow safety and emergency protocols to ensure building security
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hotel Front Office experience
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, honest, and friendly demeanor
