About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, room allocations, and key distribution
  • Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications
  • Provide high-quality customer service and address guest inquiries or complaints
  • Act as a liaison between guests and housekeeping, maintenance, and security departments
  • Process payments, manage cash drawers, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Update guest profiles and maintain accurate records of stays and preferences
  • Assist with concierge services including luggage handling and local recommendations
  • Monitor room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness
  • Follow safety and emergency protocols to ensure building security

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hotel Front Office experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, honest, and friendly demeanor
