Front Office Duty Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the Front Office to deliver a unique and exceptional guest experience
• Manage hotel operations and prioritize workloads, including task allocation for the team
• Develop team skills to drive results that positively impact hotel performance
• Engage in authentic conversations with guests to resolve issues, queries, or concerns
• Act as the first point of contact for any critical emergency situations

Requirements

• Proven Duty Manager experience in a hotel setting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid Australian work visa
• First Aid and basic CPR certification
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of NewBook property management system
