About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures under supervision
- Handle guest queries, provide hotel information, and guide guests to facilities
- Support operational tasks including preparing registration cards, keys, and welcome amenities
- Assist in updating guest profiles and ensuring accurate data entry in the PMS (Opera)
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
- Answer telephone inquiries professionally and assist with daily shift handover procedures
- Participate in training regarding PMS operations, guest communication, and brand standards
Requirements
- Hotel Management student, recent graduate, or Diploma Holder
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Pleasant personality and a guest-focused attitude
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and maintain professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship experience in a front office environment is an advantage
