Front Office All Rounder

Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs
• Handle reservations and guest enquiries
• Process payments accurately
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
• Respond to guest requests promptly and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain clear communication with other hotel departments
• Uphold Accor's Heartist service culture

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused
• Basic computer literacy
• Experience with hotel Property Management Systems is highly regarded
• Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster (7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm)
• Full Australian Working Rights are essential
