Responsibilities
- Manage lobby operations and act as the primary point of contact for guests
- Handle check-in, check-out, reservations, guest inquiries, and telephone calls
- Process payments and manage guest billing
- Provide expert advice on local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth front office operations and guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
