Front Office Agent/Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for guests in a lively lobby environment
• Manage the seamless execution of guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
• Handle guest inquiries, telephone calls, and payment processing
• Provide expert advice on local attractions, restaurants, and events to enhance the guest experience
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and smooth operational flow

Requirements

• Fluent proficiency in both German and English
• Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving
• A proactive "hands-on" mentality and a passion for exceptional hospitality
• Proficiency with digital tools and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Effective communication skills and a welcoming, empathetic personality
