About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for guests in the lobby
- Manage smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Handle reservations, guest inquiries, phone calls, and payments
- Provide advice on local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth front office operations
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage but not required
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
