Front Office Agent/Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Manage lobby operations and act as the primary point of contact for guests
• Handle check-in, check-out, reservations, guest inquiries, and telephone calls
• Process payments and manage guest billing
• Provide expert advice on local attractions, restaurants, and events
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth front office operations and high guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position is an advantage but not required
• Fluency in German and English
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Hands-on mentality and proactive approach
• Commitment to exceptional guest service
• Proficiency with digital tools and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Reliable and effective communication skills
