Front Office Agent/Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for guests in the lobby
• Manage check-in and check-out processes
• Handle reservations, guest inquiries, phone calls, and payments
• Provide advice on local attractions, restaurants, and events
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth front office operations
• Proactively work to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position is an advantage
• Fluency in German and English
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Hands-on mentality and proactive approach
