Front Office Agent

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle room assignments, billing inquiries, and guest requests efficiently and accurately
• Provide detailed information regarding resort amenities, services, and local attractions
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest satisfaction
• Respond to guest concerns and service recovery situations with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain accurate guest records while ensuring strict confidentiality of personal information
• Promote resort services and upsell room upgrades or packages when appropriate
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards
• Deliver qualitative Forbes Five Star service standards
• Support VIP arrivals and special requests with personalized attention

Requirements

• Previous experience in front office or guest services, ideally in a luxury setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Professional appearance and a guest-focused attitude
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Ability to stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards
