Front Office Agent/Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Manage the lively lobby environment as the first point of contact for guests
• Handle seamless check-in and check-out processes, reservations, and guest inquiries
• Process payments and manage telephone communications professionally
• Act as a guest "superhero" by providing expert advice on local attractions, restaurants, and events
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and smooth operations

Requirements

• Fluent proficiency in both German and English
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• A proactive "hands-on" mentality and a passion for exceptional hospitality
• Proficiency with digital tools and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Effective communication skills and a welcoming, empathetic personality
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required
