Responsibilities
- Manage lobby operations and act as the primary point of contact for guests
- Handle check-in, check-out, reservations, guest inquiries, and payments
- Provide expert advice on local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Ensure high-level guest experiences through empathy and professional service
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth front office operations
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage
