Responsibilities
- Ensure all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level
- Provide exceptional service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest stay
- Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth running of the front office department
- Act as a problem-solver to address guest needs with patience and empathy
Requirements
- Flexibility and a positive, "Yes I Can!" attitude
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Eye for detail and creative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Passion for creating extraordinary service and memorable guest experiences
- Previous experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
