Responsibilities

  • Ensure all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level
  • Provide exceptional service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest stay
  • Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth running of the front office department
  • Act as a problem-solver to address guest needs with patience and empathy

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Eye for detail and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
