Front Office Agent

Responsibilities

• Care for (VIP) guests including check-in and check-out
• Process reservation inquiries via telephone and email
• Provide individual advice regarding location, facilities, and the full range of services
• Handle organizational and administrative tasks in both Front Office and Back Office areas
• Perform preparatory accounts receivable accounting and handover to the specialist department
• Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure a unique hotel experience
• Share responsibility for achieving guest satisfaction goals

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or a similar position
• Career changers are welcome to apply
• Guest-oriented mindset
• Enjoyment in interacting with people
• Good communication and expression skills
• Solution-oriented and independent way of working
• Good German language skills (minimum B2/C1)
