About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional front office service, including warm welcomes, check-ins, and check-outs
- Anticipate guest needs, handle cash transactions, and maintain Pullman service standards
- Monitor room status, manage guest complaints, and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and strictly follow VIP protocols
- Adhere to local government requirements and Pullman guidelines for guest management
Requirements
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a strong advantage
- Proficiency with Opera or similar property management systems
- Fluency in English; additional languages are considered a great asset
- A guest-oriented, approachable, and genuinely service-minded attitude
- A sales-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
