About the role

Responsibilities

  • Greet, welcome, and farewell guests professionally
  • Complete the registration process by verifying and inputting guest information
  • Answer telephones and respond to guest inquiries accurately
  • Maintain correct posting of all guest charges
  • Close guest accounts at checkout and handle negotiations for dissatisfaction
  • Coordinate with bell staff to ensure smooth arrivals and departures
  • Perform cashier audits and adhere to cash activity agreements
  • Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional manner
  • Cover Royal Service shifts as needed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or guest service
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and cash handling
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mathematical skills at a high school level
