About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet, welcome, and farewell guests professionally
- Complete the registration process by verifying and inputting guest information
- Answer telephones and respond to guest inquiries accurately
- Maintain correct posting of all guest charges
- Close guest accounts at checkout and handle negotiations for dissatisfaction
- Coordinate with bell staff to ensure smooth arrivals and departures
- Perform cashier audits and adhere to cash activity agreements
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional manner
- Cover Royal Service shifts as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or guest service
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and cash handling
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Mathematical skills at a high school level
