Front Office Action Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite operational and project management support for a DARPA client
• Track office and agency actions, deliverables, and program development processes
• Manage leadership calendars, meeting schedules, and overall office timelines
• Support briefing development for office leadership in collaboration with technical subject matter experts
• Coordinate internal and external engagement and review documentation
• Collaborate with a multi-discipline team of analysts, administrators, and government partners

Requirements

• Active and maintained Top Secret security clearance
• 3+ years of experience in project/program support, task coordination, or administrative operations
• 2+ years of experience supporting a U.S. Government client

Preferred Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior Front Office support experience in a DoD or federally funded R&D environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience in an Action Officer role or providing briefing coordination
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
