Front of Store Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team through monitoring, development, and motivation
• Coordinate commercial and promotional actions to boost sales
• Promote cross-selling in collaboration with other sections
• Support management in managing key indicators such as Sales, Margin, Stock, and Shrinkage
• Ensure the smooth operation of the checkout line and front-of-store section
• Assume responsibility for the section in the absence of management

Requirements

• Minimum 12th-grade education
• Experience in similar roles (retail, food, or non-food preferred)
• Experience in checkout supervision
• Basic computer literacy
• Availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
• High customer orientation and communication skills
