Front of House Security Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all staff, visitors, and contractors in a professional and personable manner
• Deliver a consistently high-end, customer-focused hosting experience
• Maintain high visual standards for the reception, lobby, and office areas
• Work closely with client Facilities and Office Managers to ensure a premium environment
• Provide timely, accurate information and respond to fast-changing priorities
• Assist in emergency situations and manage responses to out-of-hours alarms
• Represent both Securitas and the client brand with integrity and professionalism

Requirements

• Must be a sole UK national (British citizen only); dual nationals cannot be considered
• Ability to obtain National Security Clearance
• Minimum 5-year checkable work and education background
• Proven experience in customer service, concierge, hosting, or front-of-house roles
• Proficiency in administrative software such as MS Office or GSuite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times
