Responsibilities
- Welcome all visitors warmly by greeting them in person or on the phone
- Facilitate member requests such as meeting room reservations, catering, and postage/parcel arrangements
- Deliver a smooth experience for meeting room guests including hosting, serving catering, and assisting with tech requirements
- Conduct regular building walks to ensure cleanliness, visual standards, and health & safety compliance
- Ensure all communal spaces and meeting rooms are set up and operationally in working order
- Raise and manage troubleshooting tickets via IT Helpdesk and Freshdesk for maintenance and cleaning issues
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of work standards
- Comfortable knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in problem-solving and creative solution finding for client needs
- Ability to handle diverse tasks ranging from event setup to fire alarm tests
