Front of House - Food & Beverage

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction through friendly interaction
• Greet and seat guests in the dining area
• Take orders and serve food and beverages accurately
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries
• Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and presentability of the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies
• Resolve guest complaints in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a front of house role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling

Preferred Qualifications

• Food safety and hygiene certification
