Front of House Assistant

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests warmly as the first point of contact
• Greet key members by name and understand their business needs
• Deliver a professional front-of-house experience in person, by email, and by phone
• Manage visitor check-ins, access passes, and building access requests
• Assist with meeting room and event space bookings, setup, and on-the-day support
• Support member onboarding, community events, communications, and operational administration

Requirements

• Proactive, highly organised, and naturally helpful
• Warm, friendly, and approachable with a customer-first mindset
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using Outlook, Word, and Excel; open to learning new AI technology
• Strong prioritisation and multitasking abilities
• Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in customer service or front-of-house/reception
