About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the face of the school, providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, parents, and staff
- Manage reception duties, including responding to enquiries and maintaining an organised front desk
- Coordinate visitor access and handle incoming deliveries
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the school and assist with various school events
- Play a key role in maintaining site security by following established procedures and responding appropriately to incidents
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role
- Confident and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proactive approach with strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a calm and positive manner in a busy environment
