Front Load Section Leader

Responsibilities

• Train operators on equipment usage and manufacturing processes
• Assist operators in diagnosing and correcting mechanical problems
• Identify training and development needs through regular observation and conversation
• Assist management with reviewing operator performance
• Support the development and updating of training manuals
• Perform visual inspections of production to identify defects and quality issues
• Monitor products to ensure all quality standards are met
• Achieve established daily performance targets
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine equipment maintenance
• Ensure materials are delivered to machines in a safe and efficient manner

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 3-7 years of experience in a production environment
• Proven experience in mentoring or coaching operators
• Strong understanding of complex equipment production and system integration
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Willingness to travel internationally for training purposes
