Front End Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate, control, adjust, and maintain machinery and equipment on the can production line to ensure safety, quality, and reliability.
• Monitor, analyze, and record parameters related to machine operation and the production process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine downtime and technical faults.
• Notify supervisors of any interventions requiring production stops or parameter changes.
• Report work progress, identified risks, and operational developments to supervisors and incoming teams.
• Perform regular quality checks on completed work.
• Participate in regular and extraordinary machine maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, machines, and equipment in accordance with hygiene standards.
• Support the implementation of Lean standards and participate in continuous improvement (Business Excellence) projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of secondary vocational education in a mechanical or electrical field.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in the English language is preferred.
