Front End Line Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage production equipment to meet targets and ensure line efficiency
• Perform health and safety checks and adhere to company guidelines
• Complete daily and monthly preventative maintenance (PM) tasks
• React to equipment breakdowns and perform fault finding
• Problem solve and identify technical faults to minimize downtime
• Work within a team to share knowledge and support mechanics
• Prioritize work to maximize output and ensure effective handovers
• Complete all required quality checks and start-up documentation

Requirements

• Engineering qualification
• Experience working in a production, manufacturing, or FMCG environment
• Proven engineering line work experience
• Fabrication and welding skills
• Ability to understand and interpret technical data
• Proficiency in English and Mathematics
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
• Must have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not offered)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles
