About the role
Responsibilities
- Work closely with design, product management, and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive, and interactive interfaces across multiple devices.
- Turn UI/UX designs into prototypes, creating high-quality interactions and writing reusable, maintainable content modules.
- Implement UI development principles to ensure the product client-side serves at scale.
- Review and optimize application usage by monitoring key metrics and proactively rectifying issues.
- Perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to rapidly changing designs and technologies.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience as a web developer, UI developer, JavaScript expert, or frontend engineer.
- Sound knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Familiarity with UI layouts, SASS, Bootstrap, and the CSS GRID system.
- Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery and Angular.
- Experience debugging using tools like the Chrome Developer Console.
- A passion for creating high-quality design and usability.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Ember.js.
- Experience with Ruby.
