Front End Developer Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain frontend architecture for enterprise-grade eCommerce platforms using React and Next.js
• Lead technical evaluation and implementation of platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Commercetools
• Collaborate with backend teams to design scalable RESTful and GraphQL API integrations
• Manage and mentor frontend teams to drive coding excellence, performance, and accessibility standards
• Partner with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into digital solutions
• Enforce security best practices and performance tuning for production-grade web applications
• Ensure solutions are modular, maintainable, and scalable across multiple brands and geographies

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in frontend development with 3+ years in architectural or lead roles
• Hands-on expertise with React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL
• Proven experience integrating with headless commerce platforms or Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Deep understanding of eCommerce workflows, including shopping carts, checkout flows, and product catalogs
• Strong knowledge of API development and consumption (RESTful and GraphQL)
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Cloud hosting (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with JAMstack architectures and edge delivery/CDN strategies
• Understanding of SEO, analytics tagging, and A/B testing frameworks
