Front-End Developer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver technical solutions that meet unique business needs
• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, accessible enterprise solutions and integrate enterprise systems
• Convert design deliverables into responsive, cross-browser, and device-agnostic web solutions
• Implement front-end design patterns and ensure adherence to accessibility guidelines (508/WCAG)
• Provide technical mentoring and leadership within a project-based consulting environment
• Create quality deliverables to communicate technical solutions to various audiences

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development
• Proficiency with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
• Expertise in semantic HTML and CSS, including familiarity with CSS pre-processors (Sass, LESS, etc.)
• Knowledge of accessibility development practices meeting 508/WCAG compliance
• Experience with CI/CD processes, containerization, and cloud platforms
• Proficiency with modern development tools, source control, and unit testing
• Must reside in the Salt Lake City area and have the ability to work onsite

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with mobile hybrid technologies like React Native or Flutter
• Understanding of performance optimization, SEO, and client-side state management
