Responsibilities

  • Manage reception and front-of-house operations, including welcoming visitors and managing calls
  • Own conference room calendars, bookings, and room readiness
  • Oversee office facility operations, including cleanliness and stock levels
  • Coordinate security, door access, and building management liaison
  • Supervise vendors and maintenance schedules for cleaning, utilities, and repairs
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
  • Arrange travel, local transport, and staff lodging/accommodation
  • Maintain accurate trackers for visitors, supplies, and vendor jobs
  • Monitor health, safety, and conduct to escalate risks promptly

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in any field
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills
  • Ability to coordinate janitorial personnel and vendors
  • Availability for on-site work in Cairo

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office administration or facilities coordination
  • Experience managing travel logistics and itineraries
  • Familiarity with vendor service logs and building services
  • Basic HSE awareness
  • Experience with SharePoint lists or spreadsheet trackers
