Front Desk Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight for multiple practice operations, including site management and strategic planning
• Monitor financial viability through staffing controls and financial reporting
• Ensure practice compliance with all federal, local, and regulatory healthcare laws
• Manage the revenue cycle process and monitor key benchmarks
• Oversee staffing strategies, including recruitment, hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Manage information technology needs, including EHR and practice management systems
• Act as the primary spokesperson for the practice with external referral sources, government agencies, and vendors
• Evaluate patient flow patterns to maximize provider productivity and report on patient satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office applications
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and practice management systems
• Knowledge of medical billing and coding processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate education in healthcare or business administration
• Experience in physician practice management or operations
• CPC certification
