About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
  • Reconcile revenue, payments, taxes, and adjustments
  • Deliver seamless check-in and check-out experiences aligned with brand standards
  • Lead, coach, and support front desk associates and the night audit team
  • Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) to oversee hotel operations and respond to emergencies
  • Monitor service metrics and ensure brand compliance

Requirements

  • Previous Front Office or hotel operations experience
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with understanding of hotel financial processes
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
