About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily front office activities and service standards
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes
- Train, motivate, and support the reception team
- Handle reservations, special requests, and guest complaints
- Ensure communication between front office and other departments
- Manage financial transactions and cash handling
- Contribute to sales goals and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a front desk supervisory role
- Experience in the hospitality sector preferred
- Strong leadership and staff motivation abilities
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
