About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk operations to ensure smooth and efficient guest service
- Lead, mentor, and support front desk staff
- Train new team members on hotel systems and procedures
- Manage room assignments, guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist the Front Office Manager with scheduling and administrative tasks
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area
Requirements
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with front desk software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent bending or lifting
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or front desk experience
- Proven track record in team leadership
