About the role

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and walk-in clients with a professional demeanor and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential leads for appointment setting and service reminders
  • Maintain and update daily showroom logs, visitor trackers, and lead databases
  • Use Microsoft Excel to compile daily reports on walk-ins, call conversions, and appointment schedules
  • Qualify leads by gathering initial information before passing them to the sales team
  • Provide administrative support including paperwork, filing, and organizing client documentation

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or administrative role
