About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and walk-in clients with a professional demeanor and direct them to the appropriate department
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential leads for appointment setting and service reminders
- Maintain and update daily showroom logs, visitor trackers, and lead databases
- Use Microsoft Excel to compile daily reports on walk-ins, call conversions, and appointment schedules
- Qualify leads by gathering initial information before passing them to the sales team
- Provide administrative support including paperwork, filing, and organizing client documentation
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and basic formulas
- Experience using SAP within the automotive industry
- Strong skills in high-volume outbound calling and clear verbal communication
- Professional appearance and ability to thrive in a fast-paced showroom environment
