About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, verify identities, and manage visitor badges and logs
- Monitor entry and exit points using access control systems, CCTV, and intrusion detection
- Observe surveillance systems to detect and report suspicious activity
- Act as a first point of contact during emergencies and coordinate safety procedures
- Serve as a member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and assist with fire drills
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, word processing, and managing communications
- Maintain compliance with global security and safety policies
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in a corporate office environment
- Experience working with access controls and CCTV systems
