About the role

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in scheduled guests for appointments
  • Coordinate with EV Consultants for sales consultations and delivery pickups
  • Manage daily schedules for test drives and vehicle deliveries
  • Monitor showroom traffic and communicate with the sales team
  • Confirm appointments and communicate delays in real time
  • Facilitate vehicle key hand-offs during delivery appointments
  • Collect guest feedback and encourage positive reviews on Google and Yelp
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby environment
  • Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Support sales and operations teams with administrative tasks

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in front desk, receptionist, retail, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Comfortable using Slack or similar communication tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive, dealership, retail, or hospitality environments
  • Bilingual (English + Spanish or other languages)
  • Experience using CRM or scheduling tools
