About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in scheduled guests for appointments
- Coordinate with EV Consultants for sales consultations and delivery pickups
- Manage daily schedules for test drives and vehicle deliveries
- Monitor showroom traffic and communicate with the sales team
- Confirm appointments and communicate delays in real time
- Facilitate vehicle key hand-offs during delivery appointments
- Collect guest feedback and encourage positive reviews on Google and Yelp
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby environment
- Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Support sales and operations teams with administrative tasks
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in front desk, receptionist, retail, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Comfortable using Slack or similar communication tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automotive, dealership, retail, or hospitality environments
- Bilingual (English + Spanish or other languages)
- Experience using CRM or scheduling tools
