About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcoming members with an efficient, friendly, and polite welcome
- Dealing with telephone enquiries and taking bookings promptly
- Handling member complaints and answering requests or questions
- Collecting payments via cash or credit card and dispensing change
- Interacting and cooperating with all Club Departments
- Performing night audit duties when required
Requirements
- First work experience in a customer service environment
- Fluency in French and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under stress
- Highly organized with ease using reservation software
- Flexibility to work shifts between 06:30 and 23:00, including weekends
- Great team spirit and energetic personality
