About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line representative by greeting and assisting students, faculty, staff, and campus guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage the University’s main phone line, routing calls appropriately and conducting research to direct inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to the Office of the President, including research, planning, and preparation of materials.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation for University leadership.
- Support logistics for in-person and virtual (Zoom) meetings and events.
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and labels.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information in adherence to FERPA and HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree required.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Drive) and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Experience with CRM software and Mailmerge.
