Responsibilities

• Act as the friendly, confident face behind the reception desk
• Offer guests a warm, intuitive, and personalised greeting
• Oversee daily front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs
• Work closely with all departments to create a seamless guest experience
• Provide training and support for front desk team members
• Maintain deep knowledge of the hotel and its products
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Front Desk Supervisor or Manager in a luxury or 5-star hotel environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera)
• High personal and professional standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
• Warm, polished, and professional demeanor
