About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all guest-facing operations at Guest Services
- Act as the single owner and responsible operator of the Guest Services operation
- Supervise the Front Desk Supervisor, Neptune Lounge Concierge, and their respective staff
- Ensure guests receive personalized, individual, and professional service in accordance with brand procedures
- Attend hotel operations meetings and social functions as directed
- Support the Guest Services Manager (GSM) and step in for the GSM function when required, including potential vessel transfers
Requirements
- Experience in a senior guest services or front desk management role
- Proven ability to supervise and lead diverse teams
- Strong accountability and ownership of operational success
- Ability to work in a high-pressure maritime/vessel environment
