About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage all guest-facing operations at Guest Services
  • Act as the single owner and responsible operator of the Guest Services operation
  • Supervise the Front Desk Supervisor, Neptune Lounge Concierge, and their respective staff
  • Ensure guests receive personalized, individual, and professional service in accordance with brand procedures
  • Attend hotel operations meetings and social functions as directed
  • Support the Guest Services Manager (GSM) and step in for the GSM function when required, including potential vessel transfers

Requirements

  • Experience in a senior guest services or front desk management role
  • Proven ability to supervise and lead diverse teams
  • Strong accountability and ownership of operational success
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure maritime/vessel environment
