About the role
Responsibilities
- Control front desk tidiness and availability of necessary stationery and materials
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service
- Schedule shifts and supervise front-office personnel including receptionists, security guards, and call center agents
- Train and support office staff
- Handle complaints and specific customer requests
- Monitor stock, order office supplies, and troubleshoot emergencies
- Manage mail distribution and office budget
- Manage records of office expenses and costs
- Oversee compliance with company policies and security requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Hilton Front Desk Manager or Reception Manager
- Profound experience in customer service, office management, and basic bookkeeping
- Experience with office machines such as fax machines and printers
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High School diploma; additional certification is a bonus
