About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, coach, and motivate Front Desk associates
  • Create and manage Front Desk schedules
  • Process guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
  • Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams
  • Process payments and reconcile cash drawers
  • Generate and review daily operational reports
  • Monitor staff performance and participate in evaluations

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of hospitality experience
  • Minimum of two years of Front Desk experience, preferably with Marriott
  • At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Experience with hotel property management systems (Agilysys Stay PMS or Marriott systems)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
