About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, coach, and motivate Front Desk associates
- Create and manage Front Desk schedules
- Process guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams
- Process payments and reconcile cash drawers
- Generate and review daily operational reports
- Monitor staff performance and participate in evaluations
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of hospitality experience
- Minimum of two years of Front Desk experience, preferably with Marriott
- At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience
- Experience with hotel property management systems (Agilysys Stay PMS or Marriott systems)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
