Front Desk Floater

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors with an upbeat attitude
• Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling and patient check-in
• Perform data entry into Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
• Process incoming faxes and maintain patient documentation
• Handle financial tasks such as tallying co-pays and reconciling accounts
• Assist clinicians with patient care, including applying heat packs and guiding exercise routines
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, including laundry and equipment sterilization
• Monitor and manage physical therapy supplies inventory

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of medical office experience
• Familiarity with EMR systems
• One year of customer service experience
