About the role

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors and manage front desk operations
  • Handle appointment scheduling and optimize provider time
  • Perform data entry into Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
  • Process incoming faxes and manage patient documentation
  • Reconcile co-pays and manage financial records
  • Assist clinicians with patient care, including applying heat packs and guiding exercises
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment and sterilize equipment
  • Monitor and manage physical therapy supplies inventory

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • One year of medical office experience
  • Familiarity with EMR systems
  • One year of customer service experience
