About the role

Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients with a warm, professional, and friendly approach
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage the practice calendar
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Respond to patient enquiries in person, online, and over the phone
  • Assist with financial processes including payments and insurance claims
  • Work closely with the clinical team to ensure efficient workflow
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the reception area

Requirements

  • Previous dental or healthcare administration experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and empathy skills
  • Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with dental practice management systems
  • Valid NZ Work rights and located in Central Auckland
