About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with a warm, professional, and friendly approach
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage the practice calendar
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Respond to patient enquiries in person, online, and over the phone
- Assist with financial processes including payments and insurance claims
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
Requirements
- Previous dental or healthcare administration experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and empathy skills
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with dental practice management systems
- Valid NZ Work rights and located in Central Auckland
