Front Desk Concierge

Responsibilities

• Monitor the front of house to ensure all guests are welcomed warmly and professionally
• Provide guests with comprehensive information regarding spa services and homecare products
• Maintain high standards of guest service excellence and attention to detail
• Handle phone inquiries using pleasant and appropriate etiquette
• Operate basic business machines including calculators, faxes, printers, and copiers

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-oriented environment (answering phones, retail, or hospitality)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer literacy with proficient Windows skills and good typing abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Must have valid US work authorization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Point of Sale (POS) systems, such as Book4Time
• Previous experience in a retail or luxury service environment
